VINYL POOLS:

Vinyl Pools were originally brick shells which then had metal walls installed and then the liner was lapped over the top of the metal and down behind it. A big improvement involved the development of the liner. A coping strip and bead system was invented to eliminate metal walls and make fitting more precise.

The walls were rendered and then a sand base was sprayed with a glue that hardened it. Today, the coping strip is still in use and the walls are still rendered, but a concrete base is installed. Depending on your pool, we can give your old pool a new life and generally improve the existing structure.
